Mac Brown, Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Director: Mac has over 35 years of business experience with a Medical family background. Mac has been a Technology CEO; Sales, Marketing & Business Development Executive; Entrepreneur; Start-up Specialist; and Investor. Mac was a Founder, CEO of Magenn Power, Founder and CEO of Rebel.com; achieved revenues of $100M per year; (25% owned by Corel Corp., the NetWinder Office Server was the custom award winning software/hardware product of Rebel.com). Founder, CEO of Hardware Canada Computer; who was a computer and networking Value Added Reseller, as well as an OEM manufacturer for Newbridge Networks; achieved revenues of $40M / yr. achieving 54 straight quarters of profitability. Over his 35-year career, Mac has closed over $500 million dollars in profitable revenue with companies he has owned or worked for.

Ken Smith, EVP of Operations: Ken founded OnTrak Systems, Inc., in 1990 with a patented process for cleaning semiconductors. Intel, IBM, and AMD were among his largest customers. In 1994, Ken raised $7M from TA Associates, Boston, MA. Eight months later, OnTrak went public, NASDAQ (ONTK), raising $52M at a market value $150M. OnTrak merged with Lam Research at a value of $400M. Ken operated Global Drug Testing Labs (GDTL) from 2005 to 2014. Global was a major provider of drug testing and collection services to the criminal justice system serving probation departments, drug courts, juveniles, children and family services as well as private employers and the department of transportation. Global operated 5 labs in four states and performed approximately 15,000 tests per month.

Brian Camack, EVP Business Development (West): Brian has over 30 years of Business Development and direct Sales experience in both the Pharmaceutical (Merck) and Technology (HP, Nortel and IBM) arenas. Through Merck he developed and delivered a Chronic Back Pain program that was co- hosted with local hospitals. Notably, through IBM software, he developed a Sales program that amalgamated all provincial hospitals for a centralized Patients and Providers database for Provincial Health Care systems. He completed a BSc from the University of Waterloo.

Ronald E. Lichtman, EVP Sales (East): Ronald has over thirty years of entrepreneurial business development experience in the travel, fast food, gem & jewelry and security industries. Beginning with Unique Sports Travel (UST) based in NJ. Between 1983-1988, Lichtman pioneered and managed a chain of jewelry stores in the Caribbean in the late1980’s for Amsterdam Sauer and went on to launch Subway Caribbean Group Inc. (SCGI) and acquired the Master Franchise for the Caribbean Region of the Subway Sandwich Organization. Between 1990 and 2003 Lichtman pioneered the development of dozens of Subway franchised shops throughout the Caribbean Region. In 2003, Subway Headquarters repurchased the Master franchise from Ron. Ron went on to start Sensor Fence a cutting edge perimeter security company in 2004 that Ron later sold in 2008. Ron then started WatchStander, an Anti-Piracy maritime security system that Ron recently sold to investors and exited. Ron presently owns and operates a Travel Company called TourMasters Inc. based in Boca Raton Florida.
Michael Beals, EVP Sales (West): brings 30 years experience in corporate leadership to Elithea with his experience in Health Care services including capital strategies, physician relations and corporate development. Executive at Atlantic Health Services, VP at Ross – Fujitsu Corp (SPARC Technologies, worked with Steve Job’s of Pixar to deliver Disney animated movie Toy Story), Tokyo Japan. Founder President of ACI Corp. manufacturer of high end servers, (Austin Texas). Owner: Timber Wolf Vacations, Alaskan based vacation resort. President: Association of Independent Artists (AOIA).
