UR Code Distribution Account Sales Manager:



UR Code Distribution Account Sales Manager is responsible for obtaining customers for our UR Code products:





Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.


Develop and obtain new business and exceed annualized territory sales objective.


Develop and facilitate personalized sales presentations to professional audiences (physicians, laboratory staff, clinics, group practices, health care insurers, third party providers and employers)


Demonstrate how MarlerTest Distribution’s products, services and technical features benefit the scope of practice and help medical personnel provide quality patient care, reducing costs and increasing quality patient outcomes.


Establish positive long-term client relations through scheduling and conducting calls with clients.


Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients and assume all territory management in an assigned geographic region.


Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, account plans and territory management activities as required.


Work closely with Vice President of Marketing and Sales to develop assigned territory in line with company's objectives and corporate growth strategy.




BA/BS/MSc/MBA or equivalent experience required;


Proven performance in medical products, pharmaceuticals, healthcare benefit insurance, surgical equipment or clinical laboratory services, sales, marketing and account management.


Well developed multi-tasking, organizational and presentation skills with a focus on detail orientation.


Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Must demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism and decision making ability.


Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point, e-mail and internet functions.


Must be able to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide.

Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a minimum of supervision.


Must possess a valid drivers’ license.
